    [摘 要]目的 探究微针导入伯纳赫胶原凝胶联合果酸治疗黄褐斑的效果。方法 选取我院2020年1月-2022年10月收治的56例黄褐斑患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各28例。对照组采用单一果酸治疗，观察组采用微针导入伯纳赫胶原凝胶联合果酸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮损面积及严重程度、满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.43%，高于对照组的67.86%(P0.05)。结论 对黄褐斑患者应用微针导入伯纳赫胶原凝胶联合果酸治疗，可减轻患者的临床症状，改善其皮损面积及严重程度，进而提升患者满意度，值得临床应用。
