[摘 要] 瘢痕的放射治疗是控制瘢痕增生的重要措施，近年来日益受到临床医师的重视，但目前由于部分医师对瘢痕的放射治疗不了解或认识上存在误区，致使临床上应用该方法控制瘢痕增生存在不规范情况，为此本文提出对瘢痕放射治疗指南建议，通过对瘢痕放射治疗的概述、适合于控制皮肤瘢痕增生放射线、放射治疗抑制瘢痕增生作用机制、放射治疗瘢痕适应证与禁忌证、瘢痕放射治疗方案及疗程、放射治疗对瘢痕疙瘩复发的控制、放射治疗后皮肤反应、放射治疗可能出现的不良反应、对儿童瘢痕放射治疗的建议、瘢痕放射治疗与恶性肿瘤放射治疗的差别等方面的详细阐述，以期为临床应用放射疗法治疗瘢痕提供一定参考。

    [Abstract] The radiotherapy of scar is an important measure to control scar hyperplasia， which has been paid more and more attention by clinicians in recent years.
