[摘 要]目的 探究针刺对轻度至重度寻常性痤疮的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年12月本院收治的轻度至重度寻常性痤疮患者200例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为参考组(n=100)与针刺组(n=100)。参考组予以凉血消疮方治疗，针刺组在参考组基础上联合针刺治疗，比较两组血清激素水平、临床疗效及复发率。结果 针刺组治疗后雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成激素(LH)水平高于参考组，睾酮(T)水平低于参考组(P<0.05)；针刺组治疗总有效率为98.00%，高于参考组的87.00%(P<0.05)；随访3个月后，针刺组痤疮复发率低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 轻度至重度寻常性痤疮配合针刺治疗，能够调节激素水平，提高临床疗效，降低疾病复发率，可用于临床应用。
