[摘 要]目的 探讨成人痤疮发生的危险因素。方法 选取2022年2月-2023年10月在我院皮肤科门诊就诊的420例成人痤疮患者为观察组，选取同期420名健康体检者为对照组，比较两组一般资料、心理状态、性激素水平，并对影响痤疮的因素进行多因素分析。结果 两组不同性别、年龄、是否外用化妆品占比比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组有家族史占比、焦虑、抑郁、压力评分、LH及T水平高于对照组(P<0.05)；多因素Logistic分析显示，家族史、心理状况、性激素中的T是影响成人痤疮发病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 成人痤疮的发生与遗传、内分泌、心理状态等因素有关，临床应加强对相关危险因素的防治，降低痤疮危害。
