[摘 要]目的 探讨青少年缺牙应用正畸与口腔修复联合方案治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年12月莘县俎店镇中心卫生院口腔科收治的50例青少年缺牙患者为研究对象，采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=25)和研究组(n=25)。对照组采用口腔修复治疗，研究组在此基础上联合正畸治疗，比较两组治疗效果、口腔功能评分、口腔功能恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后咀嚼功能、语言功能、美学修复评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组咀嚼功能和语言功能恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率为4.00%，低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论 青少年缺牙患者应用正畸与口腔修复联合治疗，能够提高临床疗效，改善患者的咀嚼功能和语言功能，缩短咀嚼功能和语言功能恢复时间，降低并发症发生率，值得临床借鉴。
