[摘 要]目的 研究窄谱强脉冲光(DPL)动态治疗联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕的效果。方法 选取2023年10月-2024年2月于我院行面部美容缝合术的90例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=45)。对照组术后采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏进行瘢痕修复，研究组在对照组基础上联合应用DPL动态治疗进行瘢痕修复，比较两组治疗效果、瘢痕(VSS)评分、疼痛(VAS)评分、血清血管内皮因子(VEGF)水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%，高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)；两组治疗后VSS评分均低于治疗前，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后3、7 d VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后血清VEGF水平均低于治疗前，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 DPL动态治疗联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕的效果确切，可改善瘢痕状况，减轻患者疼痛度，降低VEGF水平，从而有效改善瘢痕形成状况。
