[摘 要]目的 探讨在口腔修复中应用二氧化锆全瓷冠的效果及对牙齿美观度的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月于我院行口腔修复的86例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对比组和研究组，每组43例。对比组采用钴铬合金烤瓷冠进行口腔修复，研究组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠进行口腔修复，比较两组修复效果、牙齿功能及牙齿美观度、不良事件发生情况。结果 研究组牙齿颜色匹配率、修复体完整度、修复体边缘密合度均高于对比组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后咬合能力、咀嚼功能及牙齿美观度评分均高于对比组(P<0.05)；研究组不良事件发生率低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论 二氧化锆全瓷冠在口腔修复中的应用效果确切，可提升牙齿美观度及修复效果，有助于改善患者的牙齿功能，降低不良事件发生风险，值得临床应用。
