[摘 要] 当上颌后牙区骨量不足时,临床上通常采用上颌窦提升术来解决这一问题,然而上颌窦提升术的手术方式、手术难度、并发症的发生率和术后成骨等都与上颌窦解剖密切相关,且临床上大部分情况下主要依赖于锥形束容积体层成像技术(CBCT),因此,本文对CBCT观察上颌窦提升术所涉及解剖结构的研究进展作一综述,以期为上颌窦提升术提供理论依据。[关键词] CBCT;上颌窦;上颌窦提升术;解剖结构

Research Progress of Anatomical Structures in Maxillary Sinus Lifting Based on CBCT

[Abstract] When the bone mass in the maxillary posterior region is insufficient, maxillary sinus lifting is usually used clinically to solve this problem. However, the surgical method, surgical difficulty, incidence of complications, and postoperative osteogenesis of maxillary sinus lifting are closely related to the anatomy of the maxillary sinus. In most cases, it mainly depends on cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Therefore, this article reviews the research progress of CBCT in observing the anatomical structure in maxillary sinus lifting, in order to provide a theoretical basis for maxillary sinus lifting.
