[摘 要] 特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis，AD)是临床常见的儿童皮肤病，具有治疗周期长、发作反复等特征，对儿童的成长发育造成负面影响。有关AD发病机制目前尚未得出统一定论，普遍认为AD的发生与遗传、过敏、免疫等因素有关，而病因的复杂性进一步增加了该疾病治疗的难度。此外，儿童AD的表现不一，皮疹形态及分布各不相同，增加了临床诊断的难度。本文将对儿童AD的发病机制及其药物治疗方法作一综述，以供未来临床治疗参考。
