[摘 要]目的 分析正畸治疗联合常规修复在错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者中的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年1月高唐县人民医院接诊的86例错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者，按照随机数字表法分为参照组(n=60)和研究组(n=26)。参照组采用常规修复治疗，研究组先行正畸治疗，而后予以常规修复治疗，比较两组临床效果、语言功能、咀嚼功能和美容效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为100.00%，高于参照组的85.00%(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后语言功能和咀嚼功能评分高于参照组(P<0.05)；研究组排列整齐、覆盖完整和咬合正常评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在行常规修复前，予以正畸治疗可改善错牙合畸形伴牙列缺损患者牙齿形态，提升咀嚼功能及语言功能，且美观度较高。
