[摘 要]目的 探究在口唇部老化患者中实施透明质酸联合A型肉毒毒素治疗的效果。方法 选取我院2021年6月-2023年6月收治的74例口唇部老化患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各37例。对照组行A型肉毒毒素治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合透明质酸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、心理状态、疼痛程度及满意度。结果 观察组唇部各部分高度、角度优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组VAS评分低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在口唇老化患者中实施透明质酸联合A型肉毒毒素治疗的效果较好，能改善患者心理状态及疼痛程度，进而提高患者满意度，值得临床应用。
