[摘 要]目的 分析全瓷贴面修复对上前牙缺损患者修复效果及美观度的影响。方法 选取容城县人民医院在2021年4月-2023年4月收治的90例上前牙缺损患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组实施树脂填充治疗，观察组在树脂填充治疗后实施全瓷贴面修复，比较两组修复效果、美观度、牙周指数、并发症发生率及满意度。结果 观察组修复优良率、美观度各项目占比、满意度各项目评分高于对照组，牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、牙龈指数及并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于上前牙缺损患者，全瓷贴面修复可提升修复效果，改善牙周健康，满足患者对于牙齿美观度的要求，进而提高其满意度。
