[摘 要]目的 探讨实施即刻种植美学修复对前牙外伤患者的临床效果及整体美观度的改善情况。方法 选取2022年3月-9月苏州口腔医院收治的前牙外伤患者60例为研究对象，根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组实施延期种植美学修复，观察组实施即刻种植美学修复，比较两组临床疗效、整体美观度、主观满意度及种植体稳定性。结果 观察组修复优良率为93.33%，高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)；观察组修复后红、白色美学指数高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组主观满意度中附着高度、咀嚼能力、美学效果评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复后3、6个月种植体稳定性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相比于延期种植美学修复，即刻种植美学修复在前牙外伤患者中的修复效果良好，可提升牙齿整体美观度，加强修复稳定性，利于主观满意度的提升。
