[摘 要]目的 研究颌面外伤整形患者在术后康复中应用心理干预配合综合护理的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年1月于我院就诊的40例颌面外伤整形患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组20例。对照组给予常规护理干预，研究组给予心理干预配合综合护理干预，比较两组焦虑、抑郁情绪、自信程度、临床疗效、生活质量、护理满意度。结果 两组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于干预前，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组干预后自信心评分均高于干预前，且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗优良率为95.00%，高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)；研究组护理满意度评分为(96.38±2.49)分，高于对照组的(81.26±1.73)分(P<0.05)；两组干预后生活质量评分均高于干预前，且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 颌面外伤整形患者实施心理干预配合综合护理，有助于缓解负性情绪，增强自信心，提升临床疗效，改善生活质量，满足患者的护理期望。
