[摘 要]目的 探究细节化护理在股前外侧游离皮瓣修复口腔癌手术缺损中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年11月-2023年11月收治的80例经股前外侧游离皮瓣修复的口腔癌切除术后缺损患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，各40例。对照组采用常规护理，试验组采用细节化护理，比较两组临床指标、生活质量、护理满意度、并发症发生率及皮瓣成活率。结果 试验组住院、输液、下床活动、导管留置时间短于对照组，且生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组护理态度、护理技巧、护理安全、护理水平评分和总满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率为7.50%，低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)；试验组皮瓣成活率为100.00%，高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。结论 对于股前外侧游离皮瓣修复的口腔癌切除术后缺损患者，细节护理能够缩短患者术后康复时间，减少并发症发生率，提高皮瓣存活率，且患者护理满意度高，值得临床应用。
