[摘 要] 随着社会发展和人口老龄化加剧，下颌牙列缺失逐渐成为了临床普遍存在的问题。该病对患者的咀嚼功能、口腔美观、心理健康均会造成危害，从而降低患者的生活质量。种植固定整体式修复属于一种新兴治疗手段，能够为患者提供高效修复和良好的生物相容性，是当代口腔修复学的重要研究方向。本文主要探讨下颌牙列缺失的种植固定整体式修复技术的基本原理、临床应用、效果评价以及面临的挑战与未来的发展方向，以期为临床医生提供科学、系统的指导，进一步提升患者的治疗效果和生活质量。
