[摘 要]目的 探究对上前牙外伤脱落患者采用即刻种植与延期种植美学修复的效果及对美观度的影响。方法 选取2022年6月-2023年6月我院收治的60例上前牙外伤脱落患者为研究对象，依据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用延期种植治疗，观察组采用即刻种植治疗，比较两组修复效果、牙齿美观度及牙周健康状况。结果 观察组治疗后骨长轴角度小于对照组，骨高度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后PES评分、WES评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后菌斑指数、牙龈指数均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在上前牙外伤脱落患者的治疗过程中，采用即刻种植的美学修复效果优于延期种植，不仅可有效提升牙齿美观度，还有利于改善牙周健康状况。
