[摘 要]目的 探讨微螺钉种植体支抗治疗错颌畸形的临床效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2023年4月于我院接受治疗的96例错颌畸形患者作为研究对象，随机分为参照组和研究组，每组48例。参照组采用口外弓支抗正畸，研究组采用微螺钉种植体支抗正畸，比较两组临床疗效、牙列指标、咀嚼功能以及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.92%，高于参照组的85.42%(P<0.05)；研究组上切牙宽度、上中切牙角、下切牙宽度、下中切牙角均大于参照组(P<0.05)；研究组咀嚼效率及咬合力均优于参照组(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率为2.08%，低于参照组的14.58%(P<0.05)。结论 错颌畸形患者应用微螺钉种植体支抗效果确切，能够提升临床疗效，优化牙列指标，改善咀嚼功能及咬合力，且安全性较高。
