[摘 要]重度牙周炎属于临床中的常见口腔疾病。随着全口即刻种植技术的不断发展和成熟，该技术已成为治疗重度牙周炎的一项重要干预措施，能有效改善患者的牙齿丧失和口腔功能，且修复效率高、效果佳。本文主要探讨重度牙周炎患者全口即刻种植的应用进展，分析了重度牙周炎的影响、全口即刻种植技术优势及其在临床中的应用效果、数字化技术的应用、面临的挑战及未来的发展趋势，以期为相关工作者提供一定帮助。
