[摘 要]目的 探究刺络拔罐结合针灸治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法 选择2021年1月-2023年6月西北民族大学医学院附属医院收治的200例带状疱疹后神经痛患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各100例。对照组采取针灸，观察组采取针灸联合刺络拔罐治疗，比较两组临床疗效、PSQI评分及创面愈合情况。结果 观察组总有效率为99.00%，高于对照组的92.00%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后PSQI各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组创面愈合率高于对照组，创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 刺络拔罐结合针灸可提升带状疱疹后神经痛患者临床疗效，改善患者睡眠质量，促进创面愈合。
