[摘 要]目的 探究腺样体肥大程度对混合牙列期儿童腭部形态的影响。方法 选取2019年9月-2021年9月于重庆医科大学儿童口腔科就诊的处于混合牙列期且存在不同程度腺样体肥大的90例患儿为研究对象，根据其侧位片的A/N比值分为A组(A/N≤0.6)、B组(0.60.05)。结论 腺样体肥大对混合牙列期儿童的腭部发育存在影响，可能会导致腭前部狭窄、腭部体积减小和腭前部高度不足。
