[摘 要]目的 探讨整形外科技术在乳腺巨大纤维腺瘤手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年9月-2023年9月我院收治的50例巨大纤维腺瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组25例。对照组采用传统手术方法切除巨大纤维腺瘤，观察组采用整形外科技术切除巨大纤维腺瘤，比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、并发症发生情况、手术满意度。结果 观察组术中出血量高于对照组，手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为8.00%，低于对照组的36.00%(P<0.05)；观察组手术满意度为96.00%，高于对照组的52.00%(P<0.05)。结论 采用环乳晕弧形切口下结合腺体瓣转移技术切除巨大纤维腺瘤，可减少术中出血量，缩短手术时间，减少并发症发生率，提高患者手术满意度，值得应用。
