[摘 要]目的 探讨对寻常痤疮患者采用果酸化学换肤术联合595染料激光治疗的效果。方法 选择2022年6月-2023年6月沈阳市第七人民医院收治的60例寻常痤疮患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组，每组30例。对照组采用595染料激光治疗，联合组采用595染料激光联合果酸化学换肤术治疗，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；两组红斑、紫癜发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；联合组灼热感、破溃发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 果酸化学换肤术联合595染料激光治疗寻常痤疮的效果良好，可提升治疗总有效率，且不良反应可控，临床安全性较高。
