[摘 要]目的 探究贝复济在治疗颜面再发性皮炎中的效果。方法 选取2021年4月-2024年3月于我院进行治疗的80例颜面再发性皮炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为参照组与试验组，各40例。参照组口服枸地氯雷他定片，并配合维C冷喷治疗，试验组在此基础上加用贝复济治疗，比较两组主、客观症状积分以及临床疗效。结果 试验组主、客观症状积分分别为(0.43±0.09)分与(0.32±0.06)分，低于参照组的(2.90±0.19)分与(2.20±0.18)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组治疗总有效率为100.00%，高于参照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 贝复济治疗颜面再发性皮炎疗效确切，可有效改善患者面部症状，提高患者治疗总有效率，值得应用。

    Application Value of Beifuji in Patients with Facial Recurrent Dermatitis

    [Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of Beifuji in the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis.
