[摘 要]目的 分析在乳腺癌患者术中应用聚丙烯缝线进行手术切口缝合的效果及切口愈合的影响。方法选取2022年1月-2023年8月东明县人民医院收治的70例乳腺癌患者为研究对象，均行改良根治术治疗，随机分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组应用薇乔可吸收线对手术切口进行缝合，观察组应用聚丙烯缝线对手术切口进行缝合，比较两组手术切口愈合质量、疼痛程度、切口瘢痕增生宽度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术切口愈合优良率为97.14%，高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05)；观察组术后12、24、48 h VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组切口瘢痕增生宽度<1 mm占比高于对照组，切口瘢痕增生宽度为1～2 mm、>2 mm占比低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为2.86%，低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论 聚丙烯缝线在乳腺癌术后皮肤切口中的应用价值确切，可促进切口愈合，有利于减轻术后切口疼痛感，缓解瘢痕增生情况，并能够有效预防术后并发症。
