[摘 要]目的 观察采用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨开展鼻尖整形术的效果。方法 选取武警河北总队医院及河北医科大学第一医院2019年10月-2023年12月收治的82例拟行鼻尖整形术的患者为研究对象，根据治疗方案不同为对照组和试验组，各41例。对照组予以传统膨体假体填充鼻尖整形术治疗，试验组予以自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨鼻尖整形术治疗，比较两组美容美学指标、并发症发生情况及美容效果满意度。结果试验组术后鼻长度、鼻尖高度高于对照组，矫正成功率高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；试验组并发症发生率为2.44%，低于对照组的17.07%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组美容效果满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鼻尖整形术中应用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨可以在保障较高矫正成功率基础上，减少术后并发症发生几率，提高患者手术治疗满意度，值得临床应用。
