[摘 要]目的 探究在氟斑牙患者前牙美学修复中采用全瓷贴面与树脂贴面修复的效果。方法 选取我院2021年8月-2023年7月收治的80例氟斑牙患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组实施树脂贴面修复，观察组实施全瓷贴面修复，比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、牙周美观度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)；观察组MMP-9、MMP-2表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组牙周美观度为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为2.50%，低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论 在氟斑牙患者前牙美学修复中采用全瓷贴面修复的效果确切，能改善患者龈沟液水平，提高牙周美观度，降低并发症发生率，值得临床应用。
