[摘 要]目的 研究口唇肌功能训练用于口呼吸儿童正畸治疗期间的效果及对患儿牙颌面发育的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年10月于常州市第一人民医院/苏州大学附属第三医院接受正畸治疗的口呼吸儿童88例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组44例。对照组采取常规干预，观察组在此基础上加用口唇肌功能训练，比较两组口腔形态学指标(ANB角、SNB角、NP-FH角、U1-NA角)水平和颌面部形态变化情况(鼻唇角、颏唇角、颏颈角及面型角)及舒适度、美观度。结果 观察组矫正后ANB角、U1-NA角和SNB角小于对照组，NP-FH角大于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组面型角小于对照组，颏颈角、颏唇角、鼻唇角大于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组舒适度、美观度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口唇肌功能训练用于口呼吸儿童正畸治疗期间，能促进患儿的口腔形态和颌面部形态恢复，提高舒适度、美观度，可作为正畸治疗的补充干预手段。
