[摘 要]目的 探究在儿童恒前牙牙折修复中应用正畸牵引联合树脂的临床效果。方法 选取2018年12月-2023年6月我院收治的70例恒前牙牙折患儿为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。对照组采用常规去牙周修复断端治疗，观察组采用正畸牵引联合树脂修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、前牙外形恢复情况及牙龈指数。结果 观察组治疗优良率为94.29%，高于对照组的77.14%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组颜色匹配度、边缘密合度、牙龈着色度评分及总分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后牙龈指数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 正畸牵引联合树脂修复儿童恒前牙牙折的效果良好，对于提升临床疗效、改善患者前牙外形具有积极意义，同时有利于降低牙龈指数，促进恢复。
