图文结合式健康教育在青少年口腔正畸护理中的应用效果

[摘 要]目的 探究青少年口腔正畸护理采用图文结合式健康教育的影响。方法 选取2023年2月-2024年2月于我院接受治疗的86例青少年口腔正畸患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施图文结合式健康教育,比较两组口腔健康情况、遵医行为、口腔知识掌握情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 研究组菌斑指数、牙龈指数均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组遵医行为各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组遵医刷牙、遵医饮食及遵医日常护理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的13.95%(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为100%,高于对照组的88.37%(P<0.05)。结论 在青少年口腔正畸患者的临床护理中应用图文结合式健康教育,能够改善其口腔健康,提高遵医行为,丰富口腔健康知识,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,值得临床应用。[关键词] 图文结合式健康教育;青少年;口腔正畸
