[摘 要]目的 探讨围手术期护理在烧伤后瘢痕整形患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年6月-2023年6月于我院行瘢痕整形手术的60例烧伤患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用围手术期护理，比较两组护理满意度、生活质量评分、疼痛评分、心理健康状况、炎性因子水平。结果 观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对烧伤后瘢痕整形患者实施围手术期护理，能够提高护理满意度，改善患者生活质量，降低疼痛程度，降低炎症因子水平，改善心理健康状况。
