赋能教育模式对剖宫产产妇切口美观性及血栓认知度的影响

[摘 要]目的 探讨在剖宫产后应用赋能教育模式的效果及对患者切口美观性、血栓认知度的影响。方法选取2022年6月-2023年3月于本院产科行剖宫产的94例初产妇为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组予以常规术后护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以赋能教育模式,比较两组瘢痕情况、切口美观度、康复时间、血栓认知度及依从性。结果 研究组瘢痕宽度、厚度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组瘢痕长度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组VSS评分、PSAS评分及OSAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及术后住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血栓认知各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 赋能教育模式的实施可提高剖宫产产妇的血栓认知度及依从性,有利于减轻瘢痕程度,提升切口美观性,促进产后恢复。[关键词] 初产妇;剖宫产;赋能教育模式;切口美观性;深静脉血栓
