[摘 要]目的 研究烧伤整形护理中应用疼痛管理策略的效果。方法 选取2023年1月-6月我院收治的40例烧伤整形患者为研究对象，采取随机数字表法分为参考组和集束组，每组20例。参考组接受常规烧伤换药，集束组采取疼痛管理策略，比较两组疼痛情况、生活质量、心理状态、睡眠质量、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 集束组干预后1 h、3 d、1周时疼痛评分低于参考组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；集束组精力、躯体、社会、生理评分高于参考组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；集束组干预后SAS评分及SDS评分低于参考组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；集束组干预后PSQI评分低于参考组，护理满意度评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；集束组并发症发生率低于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 疼痛管理策略在烧伤整形护理中具有重要的应用价值，可缓解患者负性情绪，改善睡眠质量，提升生活质量，降低并发症发生率，且患者对护理满意度较高。
