[摘 要] 小阴唇肥大矫正术是现代整形美容外科的常见手术之一，患者术后恢复质量直接影响手术效果，因此术后护理至关重要。本文综述了近年来国内外小阴唇肥大矫正术后护理的研究进展，重点从疼痛管理、伤口护理、感染预防、心理护理等方面进行阐述，以期为临床护理工作提供参考。通过系统综述发现，多模式镇痛、伤口护理、心理干预等护理措施能改善患者术后恢复质量，值得临床应用。同时，术后康复指导也至关重要，应根据患者具体情况提供个性化指导，包括饮食、运动、性生活等方面的建议，以促进患者全面康复。此外，加强医护人员的专业培训，提高其在小阴唇肥大矫正术后护理方面的技能和素养，对于保证护理质量也具有重要意义。
