[摘 要] 随着口腔医学的进步，口腔种植手术已成为牙齿缺失的重要治疗方法。传统种植手术普遍以翻瓣操作形式为主，疼痛感较强且预后康复时间较长。近些年伴随着微创理念的不断发展，微创理念下的不翻瓣技术的应用标志着口腔种植手术的进一步发展，具备创伤性更低的特征。此外，相比于传统翻瓣技术，不翻瓣技术在减少术后疼痛、缩短恢复时间以及提高患者满意度方面展现出一定优势。本文通过回顾和分析微创术不翻瓣技术基本操作流程、注意事项及其在口腔种植中的应用效果，探讨微创术不翻瓣技术的优劣势与发展方向，以期为口腔种植手术技术的发展提供帮助。
