[摘 要]目的 探究结节囊肿型痤疮行艾拉光动力联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月六盘水市钟山区人民医院皮肤科收治的40例结节囊肿型痤疮患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为参考组和试验组，各20例。参考组使用抗生素联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗，试验组采取艾拉光动力联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及疾病复发率。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于参考组的60.00%(P<0.05)；试验组不良反应发生率为10.00%，低于参考组的35.00%(P<0.05)；试验组疾病复发率为5.00%，低于参考组的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论 艾拉光动力联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的效果确切，能够提高临床疗效，降低不良反应发生率，减少疾病复发，值得临床借鉴。
