[摘 要]目的 探讨门诊银屑病患者用药依从性的相关影响因素及知信行护理措施。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月-2023年12月我院门诊治疗的86例银屑病患者临床资料。于就诊后下次复查时采用Morisky药物依从性量表(MMAS-8)评估用药依从性，依据患者用药依从性分为用药依从性欠佳组和用药依从性良好组，收集两组年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、联合用药种类、家庭人均月收入、自我效能、社会支持、疾病与药物知识掌握水平、合并焦虑或抑郁等基础资料，开展Logistic回归分析，获得影响用药依从性的高危因素。结果 共纳入86例患者，其中39例(45.35%)用药依从性欠佳，47例(54.65%)用药依从性良好；用药依从性欠佳组初中及以下、联合用药种类≥3种、合并焦虑或抑郁、自我效能欠佳、社会支持欠佳、疾病与药物知识掌握水平欠佳占比高于用药依从性良好组(P<0.05)；多因素Logistic回归分析显示，初中及以下、联合用药种类≥3种、合并焦虑或抑郁、自我效能欠佳、社会支持欠佳、疾病与药物知识掌握水平欠佳为影响门诊银屑病患者用药依从性的高危因素(P<0.05且OR>1)。结论 门诊银屑病患者用药依从性与初中及以下、联合用药种类≥3种、合并焦虑或抑郁、自我效能欠佳、社会支持欠佳、疾病与药物知识掌握水平欠佳关系密切，还需做好知信行护理干预，提高患者依从性，确保治疗效果。
