[摘 要]目的 探讨青少年口腔正畸的疗效及其相关影响因素。方法 选取2020年5月-2022年5月在我院就诊的80位青少年口腔正畸患者，参照PAR指数判断患者的治疗效果，采用单因素及多因素逐步Logistic回归分析青少年口腔正畸疗效的影响因素。结果 在80例接受正畸治疗的青少年患者中，其中复发患者14例，未复发患者66例。单因素分析显示，复发组与未复发组的错颌畸形类型、治疗类型、保持器类型、保持器佩戴时间、保持器停用时间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；多因素逐步Logistic回归分析显示，错颌畸形类型、保持器类型、保持器佩戴时间是影响青少年口腔正畸患者正畸疗效的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论通过正畸治疗可以有效改善青少年患者的口腔健康，但在治疗时需要注意错颌畸形类型、保持器类型及保持器佩戴时间等因素，这些因素会直接影响治疗效果，容易造成患者复发。
