[摘 要]目的 观察右美托咪定、地佐辛和丙泊酚联合肿胀麻醉在自体脂肪面部填充术中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年10月-2023年12月于东莞壹加壹整形美容医院接受自体脂肪面部填充术的42例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组，各21例。对照组实施丙泊酚+舒芬太尼+肿胀麻醉，试验组实施地佐辛+右美托咪定+丙泊酚+肿胀麻醉，比较两组PRST评分、术后Aldrete评分及PADS评分。结果 试验组PRST评分为[0.00(0.00，0.00)]分，低于对照组的[2.00(1.00，3.00)]分(P<0.05)；两组术毕5、10、15 min Aldrete评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；试验组术后1 h PADS评分为[9.00(9.00，9.00)]分，高于对照组的[8.00(8.00，9.00)]分(P<0.05)，试验组术后2、3、4、6 h PADS评分与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 肿胀麻醉复合右美托咪定、地佐辛、丙泊酚用于自体脂肪面部填充术可以降低PRST评分，提高术后1 h PADS评分，对促进患者快速康复出院具有较高的应用价值，是一种理想的麻醉方法。
