[摘 要]目的 分析女性肝郁气滞型黄褐斑应用逍遥散联合七白散治疗的效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年7月新泰市中医医院收治的80例女性肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组与试验组，各40例。参照组接受常规果酸焕肤液进行治疗，试验组予以逍遥散联合七白散治疗，比较两组临床疗效、面部相关指标、不良反应发生率。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为97.50%，高于参照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后中医证候积分、皮损面积、色斑颜色评分均低于治疗前，且试验组低于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在女性肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者的治疗中，应用逍遥散联合七白散进行治疗的效果比较理想，能改善患者中医证候积分、皮损面积、色斑颜色，且安全性高，临床应用价值较高。
