[摘 要]目的 探讨颌面部创伤外科整形术中应用美容缝合技术的效果。方法 选择2021年2月-2024年3月我院收治100例接受颌面部创伤外科整形术治疗患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为常规组与试验组，各50例。常规组应用常规缝合技术，试验组应用美容缝合技术，比较两组临床指标、切口缝合效果、创口愈合评分及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组手术、水肿、伤口愈合及拆线时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组切口缝合总有效率为98.00%，高于常规组的76.00%(P<0.05)；试验组色泽、厚度、柔软度、血管分布评分及总分均低于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率为4.00%，低于常规组的22.00%(P<0.05)。结论 美容缝合技术在颌面部创伤外科整形术中的应用价值较高，不仅能加速患者术后恢复，提高切口缝合的美观度，还能有效降低瘢痕形成和并发症的发生风险。
