[摘 要]目的 分析应用梅花针联合西药治疗斑秃患者的临床效果。方法 选择2020年1月-2023年12月蒙阴县人民医院收治的80例斑秃患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组与试验组，各40例。参照组接受常规西药治疗，试验组在参照组基础上联合梅花针治疗，比较两组毳毛与终毛生长情况、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组治疗4、8、12周时毳毛及终毛密度高于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组治疗总有效率为97.50%，高于参照组的82.50%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组不良反应发生率为5.00%，低于参照组的20.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在斑秃患者常规西药治疗的基础上联合梅花针治疗有助于促进毳毛与终毛生长，可提升治疗效果，降低不良反应发生几率。
