[摘 要]目的 研究口腔种植修复牙列缺损的效果。方法 选择我院2022年1月-2023年6月收治的100例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。对照组实施固定义齿修复，观察组实施口腔种植修复治疗，比较两组口腔功能评分、牙周指标指数、口腔修复疗效及治疗相关指标。结果 观察组治疗后言语功能、咀嚼功能、固定功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后PLI、GI、SBI低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后出血程度、牙周袋深度、牙槽高度、前牙覆盖低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通过口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损可改善患者口腔功能及牙周健康状况，临床疗效较佳，还可提升生活质量，值得临床应用。
