[摘 要]目的 研究数字印模技术对前牙牙体缺损修复的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月上海市嘉定区中心医院收治的前牙牙体缺损患者90例为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组采用传统印模技术，观察组采用数字印模技术，比较两组修复效果、改良出血指数(mSBI)、咀嚼功能(OHIP-14量表评分)、疼痛程度(VAS评分)、颌面美观程度及修复体边缘密合情况。结果 观察组修复总有效率为97.78%，高于对照组的84.44%(P<0.05)；两组治疗后mSBI、OHIP-14量表评分、VAS评分及颌面美观度评分优于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复体边缘密合优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用数字印模技术进行前牙牙体缺损修补，可改善患者临床症状和咀嚼功能，从而改善牙科外观和牙周组织的紧密程度。
