[摘 要]目的 探究在前牙美容修复中采用光固化复合树脂与纳米复合树脂的效果。方法 选取我院2023年1月-2024年1月收治的95例前牙损伤患者为研究对象，按照修复方法不同分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=48)，对照组采用光固化复合树脂修复，观察组采用纳米复合树脂修复，比较两组疼痛程度、牙齿敏感情况、牙周健康水平及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组修复1周、1个月、2个月后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复1周、1个月、2个月后牙齿敏感发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复后GI、SBI、PLI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为10.42%，低于对照组的34.04%(P<0.05)。结论 在前牙损伤患者中应用纳米复合树脂材料进行治疗，能减轻患者的疼痛感及牙齿敏感症状，提升患牙健康状态，减少并发症发生情况，值得临床应用。
