[摘 要]目的 探讨在后牙牙体缺损患者中应用桩核冠及高嵌体修复治疗的临床效果及对牙龈健康的影响。方法 选择容城县人民医院口腔科2022年9月-2023年9月收治的94例后牙牙体缺损患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组47例。对照组接受桩核冠修复，观察组接受高嵌体修复，比较两组修复效果、咀嚼功能、牙龈状况、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组边缘密合、修复体完整、颜色匹配、表面光滑占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复后整体咀嚼效率、咬合力均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复后GI、PLI、PD水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复后生活质量各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为2.13%，低于对照组的17.02%(P<0.05)。结论 高嵌体修复在后牙牙体缺损患者中的修复效果优于桩核冠修复，可有效改善患者的咀嚼功能及牙龈状况，有利于提升其生活质量，且并发症发生几率较低，安全性较高。
