[摘 要]目的 探究舒适护理在口腔门诊患者中的实施效果。方法 选取2023年1月-12月就诊于泰安市口腔医院门诊的80例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施舒适护理，比较两组心理状况、舒适度、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理后PA评分高于对照组，NA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理后生理、心理、社会文化和环境评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗总依从率为95.00%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论 对口腔门诊患者实施舒适护理干预效果较佳，对患者情绪改变、提升舒适度、治疗依从性和护理满意度有积极作用，值得临床应用。
