激光治疗瘢痕的研究进展

     [摘 要] 皮肤受到损伤时,机体会启动修复机制,其中包括炎症反应、细胞增殖以及组织重塑等过程,会因胶原纤维大规模生成及细胞外基质的过度积累,而造成瘢痕疙瘩的出现。瘢痕疙瘩的形成不仅影响皮肤美观,还会引发诸如疼痛、瘙痒、紧绷感等功能障碍。而激光治疗具有微创、术后康复时间短和明显改善瘢痕外观的优势,已广泛应用于临床治疗。然而,将激光单独应用于瘢痕疙瘩的临床治疗中,却始终存在一定的局限性,鉴于此,本文将围绕不同激光技术在治疗瘢痕疙瘩中的应用展开论述,以期为进一步提升瘢痕疙瘩治疗的安全性和有效性提供参考。
