[摘 要] 牙齿漂白是一种改善牙齿颜色的治疗方法，主要用于内源性着色牙与顽固的外源性着色牙治疗。伴随需求的增加与材料学的进步，一系列分支技术蓬勃发展，包括诊室漂白治疗、家庭漂白治疗、OTC美白产品等。如何选择合适的漂白技术成为临床工作的重点内容之一，本文围绕牙齿漂白常用漂白剂及其原理、牙齿漂白技术进行综述，论述了常用有漂白剂及其原理的研究进展，评价不同漂白技术的有效性及安全性，以期为临床应用提供一定参考。
