[摘 要]目的 观察正畸治疗在前牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2023年2月在莱山区开尔仕口腔诊所接受前牙美容修复的90例患者，以随机数字表法分为常规组和正畸组，每组45例。常规组采用牙周基础治疗，正畸组在此基础上进行正畸治疗，比较两组牙周健康情况、咀嚼功能、炎性因子水平。结果 正畸组治疗后牙周健康情况、咀嚼功能、炎性因子水平优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 在前牙美容修复中，相较于单纯的牙周基础治疗，结合正畸治疗能够有效提升修复效果，改善患者的牙周健康、咀嚼功能，降低炎性因子水平，具有重要的临床应用价值。
